Return Policy

We accept returns on unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

✅ Product must be in its original packaging
✅ Must be unused and in new condition
✅ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used beauty products.

How to Initiate a Return?

2️⃣ Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address.
3️⃣ Ship the Item: Pack your product securely and send it back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4️⃣ Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Refunds & Exchanges

🔹 Refunds: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
🔹 Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to request an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
